How to Arrive
In order to assure your own skin success, as well as others, Raydiance strongly encourages all visitors to arrive 10-15 minutes early for their appointment. For first-time visitors, 15 minutes will allow for necessary paperwork to be completed, and for discussion about your personal skin goals. For all other visitors, 10 minutes will allow for discussion about updates to your skin, life, and treatment plan.
If possible, arrive with no makeup.
Late/Cancellation Policy
Late Policy - If you are running behind, please call or text to let Raydiance know. A grace period of 10 minutes is given, but time may be deducted from your service(s). Clients 15 minutes (or more) late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule, and charged 50% of their missed appointment fee.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy - Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment are asked to do so at least 24 hours in advance of their current scheduled appointment. If the client cancels or reschedules their appointment less than 24 hours before their appointment, they will be charged 50% for their current appointment, and charged in full for their next appointment.
If a client cancels less than 24 hours before their appointment, and Raydiance is able to schedule another client in the cancelled timeslot, there will be no charge to the cancelling client.
Clients who miss their appointment or "No Show" will be charged full cost of the scheduled service(s).
*Raydiance acknowledges that life sometimes has emergencies. In these cases, full understanding is provided and there will be no charge to the client. Communication is key!
When You Agree To Raydiance...
When you agree to Raydiance, you agree to do work outside of my treatment room as well. Home care is a necessary part of the skincare process, and accounts for 80% of the results you will achieve. In order for Raydiance to ensure your treatments are effective, basic home care is a necessary part of the process. Without routine cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection, your skin cannot become what you want it to be. Of course, product guidance is provided and is part of the treatment plan at Raydiance. Together, we will achieve your skin goals.
